How satisfied are you with the service that you received from Biome Lifestyle? EXCEPTIONAL - when my order got late because you were swamped due to a Guardian write up, you rang me wihtin a day,arrnaged faster delivery than I paid for which must have taken a lot of time at your end, and got my order here on time - you even explained why there was a delay and apolgised perosnally by phone - FANTASTIC and much more than I usually get from on line shopping sites

Firstly I wanted to say I am very happy with my purchases, I only wish that you had more of the baskets I ordered in stock because I wanted to purchase more.
Service was excellent as was he delivery of the goods, very prompt.
I cant think of anyway at present that you could improve your service other than you buy in more baskets! As stated previously delivery, products and the website are excellent. I would like to see more products for kitchen recycling and children’s products.
I have already recommended you too many of my friends and family.

Thank you for your e mail and my recent order.
I was going to e mail you after the break to thank you for your speed and efficiency and the helpful way you dealt with my query over the phone after an item I wanted to order appeared to be out of stock on your website.
In reply to your e mail and the questions you have asked, my wife is very satisfied with the Alpaca slippers she received and her diary. Her feet are always freezing cold, but not this Christmas!!

I received excellent service. After my telephone query the person I spoke to said that you had just had a delivery in and went to check and found the size I needed. They were promptly dispatched and I even received an e mail confirming that the were on their way, arriving the next day which is nothing short of a miracle for Windsor!
No, I can't think of any room for improvements, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Nothing springs to mind of any further products that you could stock. We are especially pleased at your ethical trading policy and won't hesitate to shop with you again in the future.
