There could be nothing warmer than these gorgeous, fluffy fairtrade alpaca slippers.

Made in Peru by a small cooperative. Areas of Lima can have unemployment levels as high as 80% so the work of this cooperative really helps the local people. Workers receive fair rates of pay and the co-operative provides good working conditions.

Why not treat yourself to warm feet, and lend a helping hand to the cooperative at the same time? And because they are “fairtrade” you can be sure that a high proportion of what you pay for these cosy alpaca slippers goes straight to the workers in the cooperative.
